10/10 experience - Nancy (amazing person who works here) met me in the parking lot with a basket on wheels to help me bring my stuff in, brought me a chair so I could sit at one of the tables to do some laptop work while my clothes were in the wash. The WiFi was very strong, the place was super clean and everyone was kind (both the team here and the people doing their laundry!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve been on the hunt for a good laundromat and this place is one of the best by far! Always clean, fast, and the service is top notch. Just today my detergent exploded everywhere and not only was clean up promptly, but they even washed out my laundry baskets for me. Such kind folks here!

This was my 1st visit to Laundro Lab. I am a drop off customer. Veronica helped me sign up, thoroughly explained all the different services that they offered. She was super pleasant and helpful. When I picked up my laundry the next day, Veronica again, remembered my name and brought my order to me. I travel extensively for work and typically do my own laundry, not anymore. For those who do, this is one of the nicest self serve laundromats I have ever been to.

We are doing a basement renovation, and I needed a place to do laundry. The team here is friendly, helpful and careful to keep track of your clothes. We used the wash-and-fold service. It was awesome — will def use again! Easier than trying to get my BF to fold his underwear!!

First off, all the staff is great but Verconica goes above and beyond. Like truly she takes care of everyone and makes you feel like your in a community. I'm amazed at how clean such a busy place like this is too! Best laundromat I've ever been to.

Wow! This place is so nice! We are traveling through and needed a place to do laundry. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. They came out to help me at my car. They were very kind. The machines all work. The place is VERY CLEAN and has air conditioning. Vending machines for laundry supplies, snacks & drinks. They even have a kids play area with chairs for parents to wait. Plenty of washers & dryers. Very reasonable pricing. I wish I had this place in my town! I appreciate the service and attention to detail, especially the play area. (I didn’t take photos because kids were using the play area)

Nancy was amazing great customer service very hard working and patient she helped me with my baby so I could wash they have a place for babies and she was staying on top of cleaning and making sure the place was up to standards everyone deserves an experience like this the best laundry mat I've ever been too come help this lady needs the most recognition she even will fold your clothes and watch it if you leave it

We used the wash & fold service and were very happy with the results. They are very fast and do an excellent job! The laundromat is clean and all the washers and dryers looked new and in great condition. The employees were very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend LaundroLab and we will for sure be repeat customers!

I can confidently say this is the best laundromat I've ever visited! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how clean and well-maintained it is. The curb appeal is fantastic, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Nancy, Brandon, and Bernice are not only friendly and helpful, but they also go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for everyone. I've also noticed how kind and friendly the other customers are while doing their laundry, creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a laundromat that feels like a community, this is the place to be. Thank you for providing such an amazing service!

I absolutely recommend everyone in the surrounding areas to do your laundry here!! This laundromat is the most clean, friendly, and best washers and dryers. The staff is always around making sure every customer is taken care of. Even on busy days, they make sure to get your laundry in ASAP. The dryers are amazing, I pay near a .60 cents for 15 mins with completely dry clothes. The staff also looked out for my health and well being when my blood sugar and blood pressure dropped; the nice staff member gave me some of her snacks to help me out. Overall I have a wonderful time coming to this laundromat mat on a weekly basis!
